We collect only the information needed to calculate the reading, process payment, provide support, and understand site performance.

Information You Enter

Name, gender, birth date, birth time, birth city, and reference country/city used for the Saju calculation.
Payment status and provider reference IDs needed to confirm paid access.

Analytics Data

For site improvement, we store event data such as page view, calculation completion, payment click, payment completion, paid reading view, UTM source, device type, language, birth date, birth time, birth city, and birth country.

We do not store raw IP addresses for analytics. IP information is converted into a short hash for operational analysis. Analytics events do not store the customer's name.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal. Do not send PayPal passwords, card numbers, or payment secrets to support.

Retention

Order and support records may be kept as needed for access recovery, refund review, fraud prevention, and operational analysis.
