Refund requests are reviewed within 7 days of payment.
Refunds may be approved if the paid reading cannot be accessed due to a technical issue and we are unable to provide the unlocked reading or a PDF copy.
Because this is a digital entertainment reading, refunds are not guaranteed after the paid content has been successfully accessed or delivered.
Access Support
If a customer completes payment but cannot see the unlocked reading, support may provide access help or a PDF copy of the paid reading before approving a refund.
How to Request Review
Contact support with your payment date, PayPal payment email, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send sensitive card or password information.
